Water-based concrete curing compound
A water-carried curing treatment to help retain moisture in fresh concrete.
Overview
Water-based curing compounds use water as the carrier for a membrane-forming curing treatment. They help limit early moisture loss when used within a suitable curing specification. Water-based does not necessarily mean residue-free or compatible with every later finish. For concrete repairs, confirm compatibility with the repair mortar and any subsequent coating or adhesive.
Typical applications
- Fresh concrete surfaces
- Compatible cementitious repair areas
- Slabs under a specified curing programme
